Please fill out the form below to get in touch with us and request a service call. We can service and repair a wide range of hot tub brands and models.
Please note: we do not provide service for Watkins brand tubs (e.g. Hot Spring, Caldera, Tiger River, Freeflow), Coast Spas, or Arctic Spas newer than 2009. If you are unsure about whether or not we can help with your tub, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
What Happens After Submitting a Ticket?
After you submit your ticket, you will receive an email from Sanctuary Spas outlining the next steps:
- Review and sign our Service Agreement.
- Complete a secure credit card pre-authorization for the minimum service charge.
Payment information is entered securely online through our payment processor.
Completing these steps promptly will help us schedule your service sooner.
Once your intake is complete, a member of our team will contact you regarding scheduling.
